Conditions of Application and Cancellation

Registration

Early bird registration should be paid until 15th of May.

The registration fee is

  • 425 EUR + VAT for early bird participants and
  • 525 EUR + VAT for regular participants.
  • The registration fee is reduced to 325 EUR +VAT for early bird student participants (researchers without a PhD degree).
    For student registration a scan of a valid student’s card or other proof of student status will have to be uploaded by the registration or sent to dsqt2026@congress.hu

The registration fee includes admission to all the scientific events at the conference.
In addition, the registration fee covers lunches, coffee breaks,  thewelcome reception and  the conference dinner (boat).

VAT information

Reverse charge (0%) for EU VAT number of the institute;

  • Reverse charge (0%) for institutions possessing an EU VAT number;
  • 0% VAT for institutions from non-EU countries possessing a VAT number;
  • 27% VAT for individuals and Hungarian participants.

Cancellation

Registration cancellations must be made in written form to the Congress Secretariat (dsqt2026@congress.hu).

  • Before May 15, 2026 — 80% refund (20% processing fee)
  • After May 15, 2026 — No registration refunds will be made after this date.

Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organisation.

Confirmation of Registration

Participants will receive an invoice about the paid fee and an acknowledgement of their registration.
Reservations will be finalized and confirmed by CONGRESS Ltd after receiving the payment.

Letter of Invitation

If you require a letter of invitation, please notify the DSQT organizers via dsqt2026-inquiry@wigner.hun-ren.hu.
The invitation is only to assist participants to obtain travel grants, visa, etc. and does not imply any commitment of the conference organizers to provide financial support.

By submitting the registration form, you certify that you have read and agree to the above mentioned conditions concerning registration, payments, cancellation, and refunds as well as the Data Protection Policy.
